Returns & Refunds
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Several types of goods are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Tried-on underwear, footwear, apparel, or socks.
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return
- Before proceeding, please contact us at info@aplus.lu, and be sure to include your order number (starting with ST-).
- Please allow 24–48 hours for a response. Rest assured, we care as much as you do and will reply as quickly as possible.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you will have the following options:
- Receive a replacement product.
- Receive a store voucher of the same value.
- Receive a full refund for the item(s).
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing delays.
If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@aplus.lu.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@aplus.lu and send your item to the address below.

Please note:
- You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For items valued over 50€, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
